I suspect that 181xdd.dll is part of your video drivers. There could be a corrupted file or an incompatibility. Try looking for updated video drivers from your video card's manufacturer's web site.

Also, ddhelp.exe is part of DirectX. In case DirectX has become corrupted somehow, it might help to download the newest version of DirectX from windowsupdate.microsoft.com
