Sounds like you've got a corrupt copy, try to download it from somewhere else.

: I can get this to load as far as the part where you select your level, after that it just keeps going until the end of the tape. Does anyone know how to make it work, I used to love this when my old commodore was in working order and i'm really eager to throw some icicles at the dictator again.
