Erm, you have to select a sound device, in Options... Sound, then change the Sound Device as required. Default Sound Device is recommended.
Please, read the instructions that come with CCS64. I have also made some instructions myself, which can be viewed in the Miscellaneous page of my web-site (CCS64 SUI).
