Isn't there an option when you select an image file called Load or Select & Load or Load & Run or something like that. When you select it, you need only to type RUN afterwards.

I used a Load option from the menu to virtually insert the disk, as it were, and then I typed the LOAD command, because typing run before all of that wouldn't work.
