Stuart, I want to thank you for you quick response. I didn't understand that the floppy that I'm use to working with had the emulated as well to make it a file. I did a little test to see and it worked!! Thanks! Karen: Just use the emulator as you would a real C64. You need to have a 'blank disk' "inserted" in to the 1541 Device 8, for the emulator to save the program onto the "inserted" disk.

: You can download a blank disk, from the Miscellaneous section of my web-site (Blank D64 File). simply have this as the Select(ed) disk in the 1541 Device 8, then you're ready to save programs to it.

: Kind regards,

: Stuart Toomer.

: : Hi, I use to use an old commodore 64 and typed and saved my own programs that I typed out. I would love to do this with this emulator. The old code was (for example) save"hello",8,1 what would I type after typing my program so that I can save on my PC. I'd appreciate any help. Thanks!
