Thanks, but my cable is OK now ...
I had only problems with "type of connecting" ...
PC printer port (paralell) has signal "1" as 5V and signal "0" as 0V. The C64 Joystick port has signal "1" as 0V (!) and signal "0" as NOT CONNECTED (!!!). And my cable was consisting only from the simple lines PC->C64. At User port it's OK, but at joystick port NO ... !!!
Now I have new version of my cable (thanks, HAKAN, for your help !), there are resistor and transistor on each line. My cable converts signals from PC to C64 joystick port "format".
