Problem with Direct X 8 and Windows Me

CCS64 2.0 Beta 32 Bit run slow with direct x 8
The Sound do not play corectly it crack's.

My Machine : PIII 500 Mhz Windows Me with
Soundblaster Live and Elsa Erazor X

I have deinstalled Direct x with DirectX Buster
and Installed Directx 7a.
Now it work's
