Seriously though, folks, the first thing you'll need to do is determine whether or not other DirectX programs are affected. If they are, then it's probably a DirectX problem. There may be some useful product updates at the "windowsupdate.microsoft.com" web page.
If CCS64 is the only program that seems to be affected, then you're probably just a victim of bad luck... But it wouldn't hurt to try the "windowsupdate.microsoft.com" web page anyway.
